This page is information about our order fulfillment process and policies. If you have any additional questions please contact us.
MDUSAGEAR.COM (a division of MuscleDriver USA) allows free shipping for all orders over $25. For orders under $25 we offer a $3 flat rate shipping for shipping to the US (all 50 states), Puerto Rico and military APO's and FPO's. We use the least expensive shipping methods when the free shipping or $3 flat rate is choosen, which can be either Fedex Ground, First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We do not accept special requests for shipping methods when the free shipping or $3 flat rate option is choosen. Requests can be met by choosing the actual rate services listed below.
We also offer FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver (3 day), FedEx 2 day, FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Mail, and Parcel Post. These methods are based on actual rates.

FedEx Tracking - All FedEx tracking can be done through the ship notification email. Please provide a legitimate email address if you wish to track your package.
USPS Tracking - USPS does not offer in transit tracking, only deliver confirmations. Please allow 2-6 business day for your USPS package to arrive.
If you are paying with a debit card or credit card we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. All credt card transactions will process through MuscleDriver USA LLC.
Orders shipping to South Carolina locations will be charged a sales tax of 7%.

| Order Acceptance and FulFillment |
Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed. Please understand that these orders are custom to your requests. It does take extra time fullfilling these orders.
After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and will also be emailed to you. You can also use this confirmation email to track your package (FedEx only) after your order is shipped. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records.
If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. MDUSAGEAR.COM uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card's billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within two weeks the order will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.
Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.
Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products all shipping costs back to MDUSAGEAR.COM are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. There is a 15% restocking fee for order returns. We only accept returns for items within 15 days of purchase.
